About Loyear Disaster Restoration Services, LLC

It was in the year 1946 when Loyear Disaster Restoration Services, LLC was established by George and Irma Loyear in Duluth, Minnesota. The business has since grown and is now servicing Northern and Central Minnesota and the surrounding areas, including Western Wisconsin. 

We are a family-owned and operated business with the third generation of Loyears currently taking care of the company. We have a total of 75 years of experience in damage and restoration services. We believe that each of our projects is different. We are not just restoring homes or properties, we are helping rebuild lives.

Our professional team handles everything from the beginning of the restoration up to the end, including remediation and insurance claims.
